Leah Kaszubski, MBA, SHRM-CP
With a passion for empowering small businesses through streamlined, people-centric solutions, I bring over a decade of HR and leadership experience to my consulting practice. My background spans various industries, from healthcare and retail to professional services, where I’ve led initiatives in talent acquisition, process improvement, employee relations, and strategic HR management.
After earning my MBA in Human Resources Management at UW-Whitewater and obtaining my SHRM-CP certification, I spent years guiding organizations through complex HR challenges. My expertise is in simplifying processes, improving and empowering leaders, and driving business growth through effective people strategies.
At LK Consulting, I’m dedicated to helping businesses unlock their full potential without the need for a full-time HR team. By providing straightforward, customized solutions, I partner with clients to create a workplace that thrives on efficiency, transparency, and employee and owner well-being.
My Motto
While HR often involves handling serious matters, I believe in fostering a positive and engaging partnership with my clients and their employees. I like to say, 'I'm not a regular HR, I'm a cool HR,' and I strive to bring that balance of professionalism and approachability to everything I do.
The Fun Stuff
Outside of my professional life, I am kept busy with my husband, Andy, and three boys, Brock, Carter and Levi. We love watching all Wisconsin sports teams and finding ways to stay active together!
